Kit For New Parents Ordering Information

The Kit for New Parents represents a comprehensive resource about the importance of the early years into practical information parents can incorporate into their daily lives. Good health, loving relationships and frequent learning opportunities are some of the topics covered. Kits are customized for Sacramento County residents to include local information on services and resources. The Kit is FREE and available to new and expecting parents and their children through age five.

Parents/Caregivers

You may pick up your free Kit at these Birth & Beyond locations: La Familia, River Oaks, Rancho Cordova and Mutual Assistance Network.

To order your free Kit download the one-time order form and fax to First 5 Sacramento at (916) 876-5877.

Become a Distributor: It’s Easy and Free

  • Step One: Review the Distribution Guidelines to determine if you are eligible to distribute the Kit.
  • Step Two: Complete either the one-time order form (for one bulk order), or the monthly order form (for a monthly delivery of Kits).
  • Step Three: Fax the completed form to First 5 Sacramento at (916) 876-5877 for approval.
  • Step Four: Review with parents the Tips for Providers which provides details about the Kit’s contents.
