The annual evaluation report describes the services and outcomes provided for First 5-funded services. The report answers various questions, for example, Sacramento County’s current needs related to each result area needs of the strategic plan; the types of services provided to address each result area, number of people served and the quantity of services provide. Lastly, it describes outcomes of the services provided and whether the services had an impact on the indicators of each result area.
